Volunteers / Staff

PeC is an association run by volunteers. Our operational model is focused on keeping the club active, accessible, and constantly improving, while also supporting the community. Volunteer collaboration is essential to achieving these goals.

We deeply appreciate all the members who participate in events and spread our message. However, it is the volunteers who make it possible for the club to function day by day.

What do volunteers do?

Volunteers assist with tasks such as:

• Preparing the activity space

• Welcoming and registering attendees

• Guiding new members

• Maintaining materials (dispensers, supplies)

• Cleaning and closing the space

• Collaborating on social media, web development, and internal organizational tasks

Benefits of Volunteering

• Free entry to the event where you volunteer

• Free access to other events if relevant tasks are performed outside of them (web, communication, etc.)

• Participation in internal appreciation events and operational meetings

• Integration into an active, respectful, and open community

Requirements to be a Volunteer

• Be an active annual member of the association

• Physical ability to assist with logistical tasks

• Punctuality, commitment, and reliability

• Annual fee for Staff: 100 €

Other Ways to Collaborate

If you cannot be a volunteer but wish to support the project, you can also do so by:

• Donating audiovisual material (videos, magazines)

• Equipment: projectors, screens, sound systems, etc.

• Textiles: clean sheets, preferably large

• Technology: old laptops, monitors

• Furniture: sturdy sofas, various accessories
