A crucial trial wants to divide us: Between hatred and justice
A social crossroads
Argüelles, Madrid PeC is enthusiastic!! A trial for alleged hate crime is capturing everyone's attention. On one side, a non-profit association PeC Pajas entre Colegas, fights to defend the rights of masturbators. On the other, a community of neighbors with deep-rooted homophobic attitudes. In the midst of this scenario, leaks of documents by the Madrid City Council add a new ingredient of uncertainty and tension.
The fight for justice
We have presented evidence demonstrating the existence of a pattern of discriminatory behavior by the community. We accuse some members of the same of having carried out and intimidated against people based on their sexual orientation. The trial is an opportunity for justice to be served and for a clear message to be sent that this type of behavior should not and will not be tolerated.
The roots of hatred
However, the homophobic community refuses to acknowledge the existence of any problem. They argue that the accusations are false. Theirs is a closed and prejudiced worldview that does not recognize the freedom, equality, and dignity of all individuals.
The role of the City Council
Leaks of documents by the Madrid City Council have raised doubts about the existence of possible networks of influence trafficking in management. This has cast doubt on the municipality's commitment to this cause and has fueled the arguments of the homophobic community.
This email has been sent to Madrid Court number 4 as new evidence.
Subject: Submission of New Evidence in Case 1156/2024I am writing to you in my capacity as president of the PeC Pajas entre Colegas Association, in relation to case 1156/2024 currently pending judgment. The reason for my communication is to provide new relevant evidence that has recently emerged and that we consider vital for the fair resolution of this case. On July 5, 2024, a notice was posted on the notice board of our community and inside the doorman/security guard booth related to our association. This notice contains a private document which is the resolution of an inspection. The resolution of file 20240107391 of disciplinary action for cessation and closure under the Public Shows and Recreational Activities Law (LEPAR) DOES NOT have a public nature while within the optional appeal period. This means that, during this period, the information contained in the resolution is NOT accessible to third parties, except for the parties involved in the procedure (the City Council, the interested party). We want to note that this resolution is currently in the process of administrative appeal and is not final, and we already have license number 500/2018/05977 granted.Furthermore, we firmly believe that the purpose of this notice is to misinform our landlord and even worse, our associates and encourage them to cancel their annual or monthly fee, seriously affecting our ability to maintain the facilities and operate regularly. We attach photos of the notice posted on the notice board and booth, as well as the relevant documentation demonstrating that the closure order is under appeal. We respectfully request that this evidence be taken into account in the final deliberation of the case.We appreciate your attention in advance and remain at your disposal for any further clarification you may require.
The Claim to the Madrid City Council
Complaint for Leakage of Cessation and Closure File Resolution Document,
I am writing to you to file a formal complaint for the leakage of a document of the resolution of a cessation and closure file under the Public Shows and Recreational Activities Law. Last Wednesday, June 26, 2024, I was informed by my landlord that the Community of Property Owners of the building where my interior premises are located had in their possession a resolution of the closure file communicated to this association on 30/04/2024.

This notification is NOT accessible to third parties because it is within the optional appeal period, so I believe an improper information leak has occurred. Since this resolution should not be accessible to third parties while within the optional appeal period, I request an investigation into this incident to determine how the information was leaked and the necessary measures be taken to prevent future breaches of confidentiality. Additionally, I request to be informed of the investigation results and the actions that will be taken in this regard. Attached to this letter are copies of relevant documents and any other evidence that may assist in the investigation. I appreciate your attention to this matter in advance and await a prompt response.
The Trial
The outcome of the trial will be crucial in determining the future of our phallic brotherhood. If the accused are convicted, a clear message that hatred and discrimination have no place in society will be sent. However, if the accused are acquitted, our discriminated community will become even more vulnerable and hatred could continue to thrive.
A call for reflection
This case forces us to reflect on the persistence of hatred and discrimination in our society. It is necessary for all of us to commit to building a fairer and more inclusive society, where all individuals can live freely and without fear.
Beyond the specific case
This case is not unique. Around the world, individuals discriminated against based on their race, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal condition are victims of violence and intimidation. It is important not to forget these cases and to continue fighting for a fairer and more equitable society for all.
A message of hope
Despite the challenges, there are reasons for hope. More and more people are standing up against hatred and discrimination. Together, we can build a better world where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
