What does PeC offer you as a creator?
We are not a cold studio or a soulless hourly rental. PeC is a real male meeting space that you can take advantage of for:

Private audiovisual projects and content creation.

Private recordings (individual or group, depending on the project).

Outreach projects and recorded interviews.

Content for your own platforms and channels.
The idea is simple:
You bring the project and your participants/collaborators.
PeC provides the space and framework for everything to be done thoughtfully.

PeC supervision and over 18s
There are two things that are non-negotiable, regardless of the script:

There is always a PeC representative present or available during the same time slot, for any incidents, questions, or needs related to the space.

A basic age verification is always conducted at access.
Only men over 18 years old who can prove it are allowed entry.
The legal responsibility of the project (contracts, image rights, participant documentation, etc.) is yours as the creator or producer.
PeC focuses on ensuring that the use of the space is correct, safe, and respectful.
Contributions for the maintenance of the association
We do not work with “4-hour pack” rates. Each project is different, so the contribution is defined on a case-by-case basis.
We always present it as:
“Financial contribution derived from the rental of space for audiovisual projects and content creation, intended for the maintenance of the association.”
It is calculated based on:

Time slot and duration of space use.
-
Approximate number of people (team + participants).
-
Special needs (extra cleaning, setup, etc.).
👉 All contributions derived from the space rental are entirely allocated to the maintenance of the venue, supplies, and activities of the PeC Association.
