PeC operates with organized events, meetups, private proposals, and space rentals for members. Some activities are published on the calendar; others are evaluated privately based on schedule, type of proposal, and club conditions.
Not all PeC events are the same. And not everything is valid just because you are a member.

These are the main gatherings of the club: events for members and attendees with valid access, controlled capacity, reservations when necessary, and clear rules.

🎉 Private Events and Celebrations
If you are a member, you can propose a closed meetup, birthday, celebration, or private gathering. Although the page mentions private Saturdays, it doesn't have to be Saturday: any day is considered based on availability.

PeC can evaluate the rental of the space for audiovisual projects, recordings, content, or creative proposals related to the club. It is not automatic: the proposal, privacy, permissions, and intended use of the space are reviewed.

❌ It is not asking to open the club because “I am nearby.”
❌ It is not using WhatsApp as a 24-hour reception.
❌ It is not organizing an activity without explaining who is coming and for what.
PeC is approachable, but it does not operate recklessly.

1. Are all events listed on the calendar?
Open events or those with organized access usually appear on the calendar. Some private proposals may be managed internally.
2. When can private events take place?
A private event at PeC can be evaluated based on space availability, club schedule, and type of proposal. It can be on a Saturday, but also another day if it fits better: Friday, Sunday, holiday, weekday afternoon, or a specific agreed time slot.
3. Can I request the space for a private celebration?
Yes, if you are a member and the proposal fits. Celebrations, birthdays, closed meetups, or private gatherings are evaluated.
4. Is space rental automatic?
No. The proposal, type of project, privacy, permissions, and intended use of the space are reviewed.
5. Can I show up without a reservation if there is an event?
That is not correct. Each event may have access conditions, reservations, and capacity. Check the information beforehand and follow the process correctly.
