A crucial trial wants to divide us: Between hate and justice
A social crossroads
Argüelles, Madrid PeC is feeling !!enthusiastic!!. A trial for alleged hate crime is capturing everyone's attention. On one side, a non-profit organization PeC Pajas entre Colegas fights to defend the rights of those who engage in mutual masturbation. On the other, a community of neighbors with deeply rooted homophobic attitudes. In the midst of this scenario, leaks of documents from the Madrid City Council add a new ingredient of uncertainty and tension.
The fight for justice
We have presented evidence that demonstrates a pattern of discriminatory behavior by the community. We accuse some members of the community of having harassed and intimidated individuals based on their sexual orientation. The trial is an opportunity for justice to be served and to send a clear message that such behaviors will not be tolerated.

The roots of hate
However, the homophobic community refuses to acknowledge the existence of any problem. They argue that the accusations are false. Their worldview is closed and prejudiced, failing to recognize the freedom, equality, and dignity of all individuals.
The role of the City Council
The leaks of documents from the Madrid City Council have raised doubts about the existence of possible networks of influence peddling in the management. This has cast doubt on the council's commitment to this cause and has bolstered the arguments of the homophobic community.

This email has been sent to court number 4 in Madrid as new evidence.
Subject: Submission of New Evidence in Case 1156/2024I am writing to you in my capacity as president of the PEC Pajas entre Colegas Association, regarding case 1156/2024 which is currently awaiting judgment. The purpose of my communication is to provide new relevant evidence that has recently emerged and that we consider vital for the fair resolution of this case. On July 5, 2024, a notice related to our association was posted on the community bulletin board and inside the doorman's booth. This notice contains a private document that is the resolution of an inspection.
The resolution of file 20240107391 regarding the cessation and closure discipline of the Public Shows and Recreational Activities Law (LEPAR) is NOT public while it is within the period for optional appeal. This means that during this period, the information contained in the resolution is NOT accessible to third parties, except for the parties involved in the procedure (the City Council, the interested party). We want to state that this resolution is currently undergoing an administrative appeal process and is not final, as we already have the granted license number 500/2018/05977.
Furthermore, we firmly believe that the purpose of this notice is to misinform our landlord and worse yet, to encourage our members to cancel their annual or monthly fees, seriously affecting our ability to maintain the facilities and operate regularly. We attach photos of the notice posted on the bulletin board and booth, as well as the relevant documentation that demonstrates that the closure order is in the process of appeals. We respectfully request that this evidence be taken into account in the final deliberation of the case.We thank you in advance for your attention and remain at your disposal for any additional clarification you may need.
The Complaint to the Madrid City Council
Complaint for Leakage of Document of Resolution of Cessation and Closure File,
I am writing to you to file a formal complaint regarding the leakage of a document of resolution of a cessation and closure file under the Public Shows and Recreational Activities Law. On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, I was informed by my landlord that the Community of Property Owners of the building where my interior premises are located had in its possession a resolution of the closure file communicated to this association on 30/04/2024.
This notification is NOT accessible to third parties as it is within the period for optional appeal, so I believe that there has been an improper leakage of information. Since this resolution should not be accessible to third parties while it is within the optional appeal period, I request that this incident be investigated to determine how the information was leaked and that necessary measures be taken to prevent future breaches of confidentiality. Additionally, I request to be informed of the results of the investigation and the actions that will be taken regarding this matter. Attached to this letter are copies of relevant documents and any other evidence that may assist in the investigation. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt response.
The Trial
The outcome of the trial will be crucial in determining the future of our phallic brotherhood. If the defendants are convicted, a clear message will be sent that hate and discrimination have no place in society. However, if the defendants are acquitted, our discriminated community will become even more vulnerable and hate could continue to thrive.
A call to reflection
This case forces us to reflect on the persistence of hate and discrimination in our society. It is necessary for all of us to commit to building a more just and inclusive society, where all individuals can live freely and without fear.
Beyond the specific case
This case is not unique. Around the world, people discriminated against for their race, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal condition are victims of violence and intimidation. It is important that we do not forget these cases and that we continue to fight for a more just and equitable society for all.
A message of hope
Despite the challenges, there are reasons for hope. More and more people are rising up against hate and discrimination. Together we can build a better world, where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
You can help us contribute with whatever you can spare.... from a few cents to a few euros.
