Safe and hate-free environment
Any speech or gesture of hate, harassment, or discrimination is prohibited. The organization may expel anyone who violates this and, if necessary, report them.
Privacy: cameras, names, and recordings
- By default, we DO NOT record the sessions unless stated otherwise below.
- If you choose to turn on your camera or display your name, you do so voluntarily. You can use a pseudonym and turn off your camera.
- It is not allowed to record, take screenshots, or distribute session content without written permission from [NOMBRE] and the participating individuals.
- If the session is going to be recorded, we will clearly inform you and ask for your consent:

Data processed: image/audio (if activated), user/nickname, chat, technical metadata (IP, device), access email.
Purposes: manage the meeting, event security, moderation, and, if applicable, recording for the indicated purpose.
Legal basis: execution of associative/service relationship, legitimate interest in security/moderation, and, if applicable, consent to record.
