Rules, Privacy, and Access to Video Conferences

Before entering a video conference of PeC, read these conditions. The sessions are for adults,
may involve sexual content with a gay theme, and require respect, privacy, and consent.

Adult Activity

The video conferences may include conversation, nudity, sexual content, or gay themes among adults.
Access is reserved exclusively for individuals over 18 years old.
By entering, you declare that you are of legal age and that you access at your own risk.

Safe and Hate-Free Environment

PeC does not tolerate hate speech, harassment, threats, humiliation, discrimination, or behaviors that violate
the safety or privacy of other participants.

The organization may expel anyone from the session who violates these rules and, if necessary, take additional measures.

Privacy: Camera, Name, and Recordings

Your privacy and that of other participants is mandatory. It's not just about "behaving well":
it's about not exposing anyone, not recording anyone, and not sharing anything without authorization.

Camera and Name

You can use a pseudonym and keep the camera off. If you choose to show your image, voice, or name, you do so voluntarily.

No Recording

Recording, screen capturing, photographing, or sharing content from the session is not allowed.

No Broadcasting

Any broadcasting requires written authorization from PeC and the affected participants.

Recordings

By default, PeC does not record video conferences. If a specific session is to be recorded,
it will be clearly communicated before access and consent will be requested.

Recording Planned: No, unless expressly notified before the session.

Purpose: it will be indicated before the session if there is a recording.

Legal Basis: consent, which may be withdrawn when appropriate.

Access: it will be indicated who may access the recording, if any.

Retention: the applicable retention period will be indicated in each case.

Purposes

Manage the meeting, allow access, moderate the session, ensure the security of the event,
and, if applicable, manage a previously informed recording.

Legal Basis

Execution of the associative relationship or service, legitimate interest in security and moderation,
and consent when applicable for recordings.

Recipients

Video conferencing platform used and necessary technical providers to provide the service.
The specific platform will be indicated in the invitation or access screen.

Retention and Rights

Data will be retained for the time necessary for the indicated purpose and the applicable legal periods.
You can exercise access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, and withdrawal of consent at
info@pajasentrecolegas.es. You can also file a complaint with the AEPD.

Confirmations Before Entering

Before accessing a video conference, the participant must accept these basic conditions.
